Notion just launched a brand new update called Notion AI for work and for the first time, they also changed their pricing on the Business & Enterprise plans.

Here's everything you need to know and also my thoughts about it!

First, let's go over the new pricing of the two plans.

Business Plan
$20 per user/month (billed annually)
$24 per user/month (billed monthly)
✔️ Now includes advanced AI features by default.

Enterprise Limited Plan
$26 per user/month (annually)
$32 per user/month (monthly)
✔️ Also includes advanced AI features.

What’s Included in the Advanced AI Features?

AI Meeting Notes: Summarize and organize meeting takeaways automatically.
Research Mode: Where you can gather information from the web and entire workspace
Enterprise Search: Search across external tools like Slack, Google Drive, Jira, and more
Toggle between GPT-4.1 and Claude Sonnet 3.7

What This Means for You
If you're currently on the Plus Plan and paying for the AI add-on, then upgrading to the Business Plan could be very cost-effective.

Let’s break it down:
$12 (Plus) + $10 (AI add-on) = $22/month
Business Plan (with advanced AI features included) = $24/month

For just $2 more, you're getting:
AI Meeting Notes, which could replace a meeting notes tool, business plan features like conditional forms, which could replace a forms subscription! I think this is a great value!

One Drawback…
If you've been happily using Notion without AI, especially on a Business plan, this price increase may feel like a downside, since you're now paying for AI whether you want it or not.
